International Fisting Day was coined by queer personality Jiz Lee in 2011, "to destigmatize fisting and spread adequate information about it." We often associate practice with a fist (fist – "fist"). Although most often, during fisting, the hand is folded like a "duck". In our culture, the fist is associated with aggression. It is not surprising that due to such associations and the lack of sex-positive information, many consider this practice to be something shameful. At the same time, fisting is a peaceful and very pleasant practice for some heterosexual and homosexual couples. Fisting is not suitable for everyone. You should not strive for it at all costs. Every sex activity is good when both partners definitely want it.
